Hearings on the arms cases against former communications minister of BNP-led coalition government Barrister Nazmul Huda, ex-BNP lawmaker of Demra constituency Salauddin Ahmed and ex-BNP MP Hafiz Ibrahim have been deferred for the second time today.

Metropolitan Sessions Judge’s Court fixed May 14 for the hearings of the cases following a time petition by the defence lawyers.

Earlier, three arms cases were filed with Dhanmondi, Shyampur and Gulshan Police Stations against Huda, Salauddin and Hafiz respectively.
