Could not the Govt invite Foreign Investors: China, Japan, UAE & USA who have more expert knowledge of uses of Jute Products. China is a pioneer in Export Business, Varities of Silk products may be developed from Jute. Is it not practicable to run the Mills on GOVT subsidy until foreign investors are found. I am sure an avenue can be found to rescue these Mills! Thank you Its really very sad situation.
