Five lac is a good deal of amount. Here in uk under FSA regulations every Bank must know the authentencity of depositors or money transferor. Many foreign Banks deal with Drug money , even Many UK Chartered Accountants who innocently signed Accounts for some of these people had to explain to Investigation Officers. Why honest people have to fear & why Bankers have to create Chaos. Rules are rules must be followed. We donot want criminal Bank officers who work with outside crininals & signl the Goons to robb in the street.These corrupted person must be cought & publicly whipped!
