The government must reduce its involvement in busuiness and service sectors.Allow private sector to grow properly under regulatory control of independent bodies. Private sector must pay proper pay package. Government may facilitate the agriculture, industry to function properly craeting proper infrastructure and communication, facilities. In the present situaion corruption can not be erradicated by mere policing only.
