But some of our teacher and student did not want to be a upgraded university. The students who don't want to be charmicael college as university . they said "if charmicael be a university we shall not get opportunity of varsity facilities. so that the teachers and students who are deprive of this opportunity they have not wanted to make carmicael as upgraded university. but 90 percent of all students want to be carmicael as upgraded university.Shibir party is not main matter. we all of students want to claim carmicael to be a upgraded university. we all of 1st year and 2nd year students want to carmicael college as upgraded university.
