Does he think that there is any confusion of peoples desire for trial of these criminals. The army chief must very clearly come out with his own thought.He should also not forget that he could become Army Chief as millions of Bangladeshis sacrficed their lives for freedom.The war criminals but5hchered our intellectuals , fought on behalf of occupation Pakistan Army, assisted the occupation force in every possible way in war crimes. Bangladesh can never expect relieved of crimes until the war criminals are tried. Army Chief often blames previous political government for not doing many things. Now if CTG with main support of Army can not initiate the trial the future government will equally blame them.
