Saturday, April 26th, 2008Regulatory Reforms Commission (RRC) Chairman Dr Akbar Ali Khan yesterday called for introducing 'rating system' for evaluating performances of all public and private universities in the country so that people can know the quality of each of these educational institutions.“The authorities concerned should publish rating of the universities after every six months or a year. If this is done, a silent competition among the universities to improve their respective position will begin.
