How can Government prevent an international company to suspend operation which has a signed contract with sovereign Bangladesh government? What are the contractual defaults of the company? When a company like Niko is contnuing operation why Asia Energy is tragetted? If government has sufficient reasons to scrap the contract then they can scrap the contract but short of that it will be suicidal for government to take such whimsical decision. The way the situation is shaping up the energy situation will continue to deteorate > Next democratic government in its initial years will have to struggle a lot to bring situation under control.
