Saturday, February 6th, 2010Ministries of education, and primary and mass education have performed best in overall budget implementation in the first six months of the current fiscal year while the agriculture ministry is lagging far behind.The finance ministry recently reviewed the status of budget implementation by 10 big ministries and divisions, which received 41.5 percent allocation of the total budget layout.
